Szechwan Ramen Stir-Fry

  • 1/2 lb. large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 oz. snow peas
  • 1 large carrot, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 2 packages Maruchan Ramen
  • Picante Shrimp or Shrimp Flavor

Saute shrimp and walnuts in hot oil until shrimp turns pink. Remove from pan; keep warm. Add remaining ingredients to pan. Stir and cook 3 to 4 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Add shrimp and walnuts and serve immediately.

Note: If Picante Ramen is unavailable, simply add crushed red pepper flakes or “hot sauce” to our regular variety Ramen for zest.
