Cheesy Bacon Carbonara
- 2 packages of Maruchan Cheddar Cheese Flavor Yakisoba
- 1 cup bacon, thick-cut, diced
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly cracked
Over medium-low heat, cook the diced bacon until it is golden brown. Add garlic and green onions, and cook together for 3 minutes. Add black pepper and remove from heat.
Open the lid of the Maruchan Cheddar Cheese Flavor Yakisoba package halfway and remove the packet. Fill water to the line indicated. Microwave covered on high for 4 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute before adding the cheese packet. Stir until fully combined and repeat for second package.
Divide and Serve
Divide noodles into two servings and top with the bacon, garlic and green onion mixture. Enjoy!
