  • 2 packages of Maruchan Cheddar Cheese Yakisoba
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 8 oz chicken breast, diced
  • None Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • None Parsley, to garnish

Gather Ingredients

Prepare Yakisoba

Open the lids of the Maruchan Cheddar Cheese Yakisoba packages halfway and remove the packet inside. Fill water to the line indicated. Microwave covered on high for 4 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute before adding the flavor packet. Stir until fully combined and repeat for the second package.

Cook Chicken & Spinach

Heat a large sauté pan over medium-high heat and add oil and garlic. Cook diced chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper, then add baby spinach to the pan and stir to wilt.

Add Noodles

Add the noodles to the pan with parmesan. Toss to fully incorporate all ingredients.

Divide and Serve

Divide noodles onto plates and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
