  • 2 packages of Maruchan Picante Chicken Flavor Ramen
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 15oz can of whole kernel corn
  • 1 15oz can of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup smoked chicken, pulled
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro, divided into 1/2 cups
  • 1 jalapeño, diced
  • 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 plum tomatoes, diced

Prepare the Salsa

Mix the corn, black beans, red onion, plum tomatoes, jalapeño, 1/2 cup cilantro, salt, black pepper and lime juice in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Prepare Noodles

Cook Maruchan Ramen Picante Chicken Flavor Ramen in 4 cups boiling water for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then turn off the heat. Add the contents of the seasoning packet and stir well for 1 minute until seasoning is fully dissolved.

Divide and Serve

Divide noodles and broth into bowls. Add your desired amount of pulled smoked chicken pieces and salsa to each bowl. Garnish with the remaining cilantro. Enjoy!
