Chorizo Jalapeño Bowl
- 2 packages of Maruchan Pork Flavor Ramen
- 1/2 cup red bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp jalapeño, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 chorizo, thinly sliced
Brown chorizo on both sides over medium heat. Cut into thin slices.
Divide and Serve
Divide ramen and broth into bowls and top with chorizo, bell peppers and jalapeño and garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!
Cook Maruchan Ramen Pork Flavor Ramen in 4 cups boiling water for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then turn off the heat. Add the contents of the seasoning packet and stir well for 1 minute until seasoning is fully dissolved.
