  • 1 package of Maruchan Chicken Ramen
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 thinly sliced scallions
  • Chili flakes or chili garlic sauce (optional)

Gather Ingredients

Prepare Noodles

Boil the Maruchan Chicken Ramen for 3 minutes in 2 cups of water. Add the flavor packet. Turn off the heat, strain the noodles and reserve the broth.

Add Egg

Add the whisked egg to the hot broth and stir till it is fully cooked.

Combine & Serve

Fold in the shredded chicken and top with scallions and optional chili flakes or sauce.
