Hokkaido Style Miso Ramen

  • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz ground pork
  • 1 tbsp miso
  • 3 packages of Maruchan Pork Flavor Ramen
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup corn, cooked
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Cook Pork

Heat sesame oil over medium – high heat. Add garlic and pork. Break up the pork and sauté until cooked.

Add Seasoning & Miso

Add seasoning packets and miso to pork.

Add Water & Boil

Add 3 cups of hot water to the pork and bring to a boil.

Cook Noodles

In a pot, cook Maruchan Ramen Pork Flavor noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes.

Add Bean Sprouts & Drain

Add bean sprouts to pot with noodles. Drain.

Top & Serve

Divide noodles and bean sprouts into bowls, top with soup and pork, corn, scallions, and sesame seeds.
