  • 2 packages of Maruchan Shrimp Flavor Ramen
  • 12 cooked shrimp
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup Thai basil
  • 1 tbsp chili crisp
  • None Cilantro, to garnish

Gather Ingredients

Prepare Noodles

Cook 2 packages of Maruchan Shrimp Flavor Ramen noodles in 4 cups boiling water for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then turn off the heat. Add the contents of the seasoning packet and stir well for 1 minute until seasoning is fully dissolved.

Cook Shrimp

Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp. When it starts to brown, add the garlic, honey and ginger. Toss the shrimp in the sauce until heated through.

Prepare Mango Salad

In a small bowl, add the mango, onion, Thai basil and chili crisp. Stir to combine.

Divide, Garnish and Serve

Divide ramen noodles between 2 bowls. Top each with seared shrimp, mango salad and cilantro. Enjoy!
