  • 2 packages of Maruchan Chicken Ramen
  • 12 oz rotisserie chicken, pulled
  • 1 cup Nashville-style hot sauce, prepared
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 egg
  • sliced radish, as needed
  • 4 tbsp scallions, sliced
  • 4 nori
  • 1 cup dill pickle potato chips
  • 2 white bread slices each, toasted and halved

Gather Ingredients

Heat Chicken

Heat pulled chicken and toss in Nashville hot sauce.

Sauté Mushrooms

Sauté mushrooms in butter.

Soft-Boil Eggs

Make 2 soft-boiled eggs. Boil 3 inches of water in a medium pot and once boiling, gently place 2 eggs in the water with a spoon. Simmer for 6 minutes. Cool, peel, and halve each egg.

Prepare Noodles

Cook Maruchan Ramen Chicken Flavor noodles in 4 cups boiling water for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off heat. Add contents of seasoning packet and stir well for 1 minute until seasoning is fully dissolved.

Divide & Serve

Divide seasoned noodles into bowls. Top with sauced chicken, mushrooms, soft boiled eggs, and radish. Garnish with scallions, nori sheets, potato chips and serve with a side of toast.
