  • 3 packages of Maruchan Beef Flavor Ramen
  • 5 eggs
  • 3/4 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 slices American cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup arugula
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • Salt & pepper

Cook Noodles

Boil the Maruchan Beef Ramen noodles for 3 minutes. Add flavor packets and remove from heat. Drain the noodles.

Coat Noodles

Add eggs to noodles and mix until evenly coated. Divide into 6 small bowls (ramekins are recommended), ensuring that noodles are flattened. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Prepare Eggs

Beat 2 eggs. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

Fry Noodles

Heat vegetable oil over medium heat and cook ramen for 3 minutes on each side or until crisp.

Prepare Beef Patties

Mix beef, soy sauce, and sesame oil in bowl. Shape into 3 patties.

Cook Beef Patties

Cook beef patties for 3 to 5 minutes on each side until center is lightly pink (or as desired). Add 1 slice of American cheese on top and cook for 1 minute more.

Fry Eggs

Fry 3 eggs in pan until yoke is firm and place on top of each patty.

Mix Ketchup and Sriracha

Mix ketchup and Sriracha together.

Assemble and Serve

Assemble burger with ramen buns, Sriracha and ketchup mixture, arugula, beef patty, and egg. Serve.
