Heat oil in pan. Add chicken and cook for 6 minutes on each side until done.
Cook Maruchan Ramen Chicken Flavor noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes. Remove noodles from broth.
Add seasoning packets and can of Red Gold Huy Fong Sriracha Diced Tomatoes & Red Chilies to broth and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Divide noodles and broth into bowls. Top with chicken and shredded cheddar cheese.
