Heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic.
Add chicken stock and kombu dashi stock and bring to a boil.
Add sugar, sake, soy sauce, and seasoning packets.
Cook Maruchan Ramen Chicken Flavor noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes. Using a fine-mesh strainer, strain the soup.
Divide soup and noodles into bowls and top with scallions and nori seaweed.
