  • 2 packages of Maruchan Chicken Flavor Ramen
  • 2 tsp ginger, chopped
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 2 cups kombu dashi soup stock
  • None Nori seaweed, for garnish
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sake

Cook Ginger & Garlic

Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ginger, garlic, chicken stock and kombu dashi stock. Bring to a boil. Add sugar, sake, soy sauce, and Maruchan Chicken Flavor Ramen seasoning packets. Stir and set aside.

Prepare Noodles

Cook Maruchan Chicken Flavor Ramen in 4 cups boiling water for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then turn off heat. Drain the noodles.

Divide and Serve

Divide noodles and soup into bowls and top with scallions and nori seaweed. Enjoy!
