Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic.
Add chicken stock and kombu dashi stock and bring to a boil.
Add sugar, sake, soy sauce, and Maruchan Ramen Chicken Flavor seasoning packets. Set aside.
In a separate pot, cook Maruchan Ramen Chicken Flavor noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain noodles.
Divide soup and noodles into bowls and top with scallions and nori seaweed.
