Boil the Maruchan Shrimp Ramen noodles for 3 minutes in 6 cups of water. Remove from heat and add flavor packets. Drain the noodles and set aside ½ cup of the broth.
Add the butter and olive oil to large sauté pan over medium-high heat. After the butter has melted, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook shrimp until pink and firm, about 2 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from pan and place aside on a plate.
Turn the heat to medium and add the ½ cup reserved broth, lemon juice, lemon zest, and black pepper to the pan. Add the ramen noodles and toss in the sauce to coat. Let flavors combine in the pan for 1-2 minutes before serving.
Top noodles with shrimp, and garnish with parsley and crushed red pepper.
