Smoked Chicken Yakisoba

- 2 packages of Maruchan Spicy Chicken Flavor Yakisoba
- 2 1/2 cups thinly sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cups smoked, pulled chicken
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp orange-ginger dressing
Add pulled smoked chicken to a bowl and toss with orange-ginger dressing until fully coated.
Prepare Cucumber Salad
Add thinly sliced cucumber to a bowl with rice vinegar, water, soy sauce and honey. Toss until completely coated and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Open the lid of the Maruchan Spicy Chicken Flavor Yakisoba package halfway and remove both packets. Add packet #1 and fill water to the line indicated. Microwave covered on high for 4 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute before adding packet #2. Stir until fully combined and repeat for the second package.
Divide and Serve
Divide noodles into bowls and top with pulled chicken and cucumber salad. Enjoy!
