Spicy Ramen With Beef and Egg

Ingredients
- 2 packages of Maruchan Beef Flavor Ramen
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup water
- 4 cups beef broth
- 8 oz beef
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup scallions
- None Cilantro, to garnish
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- None Salt and pepper to taste
- None Sesame seeds, to garnish
Instructions
Purée Sauce
Add a cup of water to the mixture, then purée the entire pot in a food processor until smooth. Then, return the sauce to the pot and add soy sauce and beef broth. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Prepare Sauce
Add toasted sesame oil and Sriracha to the pot and bring to a simmer. Add onion and tomato and cook for 4 minutes. Then add ginger, garlic and Maruchan Beef Flavor seasoning packets and stir well to combine.
Cook Beef
Heat olive oil in a pan. Saute beef strips in a pan with salt and pepper until cooked to your preferred level of doneness.
Prepare Noodles
Add Maruchan Beef Flavor Ramen to the saucepot and boil for 3 minutes. Add scallions and remove from heat.
Cook Eggs
Add eggs to a boiling pot of water. Cook for 6 minutes. Remove eggs from the pot and run under cold water for 1 minute. Remove the shells and cut in half.
Divide and Serve
Divide noodles and broth into bowls, add steak and eggs and top with cilantro and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
