Steak & Noodle Bowl
- 4 packages of Maruchan Beef Flavor Ramen
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- None Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 lb flank steak
- 1 tsp sugar
- None Matchstick carrots, to garnish
- None Fresh cilantro, chopped, to garnish
- None Matchstick cucumber, to garnish
Combine fish sauce, vegetable oil, lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, and 1 seasoning packet. Marinate flank steak in this mixture for up to 30 minutes, then pan-fry to preferred doneness and slice against the grain.
Cook 3 blocks of Maruchan Beef Flavor Ramen in 6 cups boiling water for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then turn off the heat. Add the contents of 3 seasoning packets and stir well for 1 minute until seasoning is fully dissolved, then turn off the heat and drain the noodles.
Divide and Serve
Divide noodles into bowls and top with steak. Garnish with carrots, cucumber and cilantro. Enjoy!
