Sauté shrimp and walnuts in hot oil until shrimp turns pink. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Add broccoli, snow peas, carrot, onion, and sesame oil to pan. Stir and cook 3 to 4 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
Boil the Maruchan Shrimp Ramen noodles for 3 minutes in 6 cups of water. Remove from heat and add flavor packets. Drain the noodles and divide into serving bowls.
Add stir-fry, shrimp, and walnuts to the noodles and serve immediately.
