Szechwan Ramen Stir-Fry
- 2 packages of Maruchan Shrimp Flavor Ramen
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 large carrot, sliced
- 2 oz snow peas
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
Heat oil in a pan and sauté shrimp and walnuts until the shrimp turns pink. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Stir Fry Ingredients
Add broccoli, snow peas, carrot, onion, 1 Maruchan Shrimp Flavor Ramen seasoning packet and sesame oil to pan. Stir and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until liquid has evaporated.
Cook Maruchan Shrimp Flavor Ramen in 4 cups of boiling water for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the contents of 1 seasoning packet and stir well for 1 minute until the seasoning is fully dissolved, then turn off the heat and drain the noodles.
Divide and Serve
Divide noodles onto plates, and top with stir-fry, shrimp, and walnuts. Enjoy!
