Vegetable Ramen Pad Thai
- 2 packages of Maruchan Soy Sauce Flavor Ramen
- 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp Sriracha
- 2 tbsp hot water
- Red pepper flakes
- 12 oz bag of frozen mixed vegetables
Add drained noodles to the pan with the vegetables.
Heat oil in a pan. Add frozen veggies and Maruchan Soy Sauce Flavor seasoning packet and cook for 3 minutes.
Cook Maruchan Soy Sauce Flavor Ramen in 4 cups boiling water for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then turn off the heat. Drain the noodles.
In a separate bowl combine soy sauce, peanut butter and sriracha with hot water and whisk well.
Divide and Serve
Divide noodles into bowls and top with the sauce and red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
