Vegetable Ramen Pad Thai
- 2 packages of Maruchan Soy Sauce Flavor Ramen
- 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 12 oz bag of Frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp Sriracha
- 2 tbsp hot water
- Red pepper flakes
Add vegetable oil, frozen vegetables, and seasoning packets to skillet. Cook for 3 minutes.
Boil the Maruchan Soy Sauce Ramen noodles for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add flavor packets. Drain the noodles and add to pan.
Mix soy sauce, peanut butter, Sriracha, and hot water. Add to pan and mix together.
Divide & Serve
Divide into bowls and top with red pepper flakes.
