Bacon and Ramen Burrito

- 2 packages of Maruchan Chili Flavor Ramen
- 2 tbsp caramelized onions
- 6 strips thick-cut bacon, chopped
- 2 tsp jalapeño, diced
- 2 tbsp garlic & herb goat cheese
- 2 extra-large tortillas
- Butter, as needed
- Cilantro, to garnish
- Crema, to garnish
- Lime wedges, to garnish
Instructions
Gather Ingredients
Prepare Ingredients
Add oil to a medium-hot pan and sauté onions until caramelized and fragrant. Dice jalapeño and set aside.
Prepare Noodles
Cook Maruchan Chili Flavor Ramen noodles in 4 cups boiling water for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then turn off the heat. Add the contents of the seasoning packet and stir well for 1 minute until seasoning is fully dissolved.
Prepare Burrito
Strain off any excess liquid and halve the ramen over two tortillas. Add caramelized onions, bacon, diced jalapeños and goat cheese to each burrito.
Fold and Grill Burrito
Fold and roll the tortillas into burritos and toast each in butter until golden brown.
Cut and Serve
Cut in half and serve with cilantro, lime and a drizzle of crema. Enjoy!
