Broccoli Beef Ramen

- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 lb flank steak
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 3 cups broccoli
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 packages of Maruchan Beef Flavor Ramen
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup low sodium beef broth
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 6 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 6 tbsp oyster sauce
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
Marinate Steak
Add steak, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar to a bowl. Marinate for 1 hour or overnight in the fridge.
Create Sauce
Mix water, beef broth, ginger, sesame oil, cornstarch, oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, and Sriracha together in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Cook Noodles
Cook Maruchan Ramen Beef Flavor noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes. Turn off heat, and add in seasoning packets. Drain noodles.
Sauté Broccoli
Pour 1 tbsp of oil into a pan. Add the broccoli and sauté over medium heat until tender. Remove from pan.
Sauté Beef
Add 1 tbsp of oil to pan. When pan is hot, add beef and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Add Sauce
Add sauce to pan. Stir and simmer for 1-2 minutes until it starts to thicken.
Divide & Serve
Divide noodles into bowls and top with beef, sauce, broccoli and sesame seeds.
