Broccoli Beef Ramen

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 3 cups broccoli
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 packages Maruchan Ramen Beef Flavor
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup low sodium beef broth
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 6 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • sesame seeds
  • 6 tbsp oyster sauce

Marinate Steak

Add steak, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar to a bowl. Marinate for 1 hour or overnight in the fridge.


Mix together water, beef broth, ginger, sesame oil, cornstarch, oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, and Sriracha in a medium bowl.

Cook Noodles

Cook Maruchan Ramen Beef Flavor noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes. Turn off heat, and add in seasoning packets. Drain noodles.

Sauté Broccoli

Add 1 tbsp of oil to a pan along with the broccoli and sauté over medium heat until tender. Remove from pan.

Add beef

Add 1 tbsp of oil to pan. When pan is hot add beef and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Then add garlic and cook for another minute.

Add sauce

Add sauce to pan. Stir and simmer for 1-2 minutes until it starts to thicken.


Divide noodles into bowls and top with beef, sauce, broccoli and sesame seeds.
