Broccoli Beef Ramen

- 3 packages of Maruchan Beef Flavor Ramen
- 1 lb flank steak
- 7 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 3/4 cup low sodium beef broth
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 2 tbsp oil
- 6 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 3 cups broccoli
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Sesame seeds, to garnish
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
Marinate Steak
Add steak, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar to a bowl. Marinate for 1 hour or overnight in the fridge.
Create Sauce
Mix water, 6 tbsp soy sauce, beef broth, cornstarch, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger, 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, and Sriracha together in a medium bowl.
Prepare Noodles
Cook Maruchan Ramen Beef Flavor Ramen in 4 cups boiling water for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then turn off the heat. Add the contents of the seasoning packet and stir well for 1 minute until seasoning is fully dissolved, then turn off the heat and drain the noodles.
Sauté Broccoli
Pour 1 tbsp of oil into a pan. Add the broccoli and sauté over medium heat until tender. Remove from pan.
Cook Beef
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and cook beef to preferred doneness. Then, add garlic and cook for 1 minute then and the sauce to the pan and simmer for 2 minutes until it starts to thicken.
Divide and Serve
Divide noodles into bowls and top with beef and broccoli. Garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
