  • 2 packages Maruchan Fire Spicy Beef Flavor Ramen Bowls
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 1 cup corn, charred
  • 1 tsp oregano, fresh
  • 2 tsp cilantro, fresh
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup burnt ends, prepared
  • 1/4 cup gouda cheese, shredded
  • Pickled red onions, to garnish
  • 1/4 cup jalapeño slices
  • Toasted bread, to garnish

Gather Ingredients

Prepare Noodles

Remove the lids of the Maruchan Fire Spicy Beef Flavor Ramen Bowl packages and both packets from each. Pour packet #1 and packet #2 to each and fill water to the line indicated. Microwave uncovered on high for 3 minutes. Stir to combine.

Prepare Corn Salad

In a bowl, combine mayo, charred corn, oregano, cilantro, salt and pepper and lemon juice. Mix together.

Divide, Garnish and Serve

Divide the noodles into 2 bowls and top each with corn salad and burnt ends. Garnish with shredded gouda cheese, pickled red onion, jalapeño slices and toast. Enjoy!
