  • 2 packages of Maruchan Cheddar Cheese Yakisoba
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 8 ounces chicken breast, diced
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Gather Ingredients

Prepare Yakisoba

Open the lids of the Maruchan Cheddar Cheese Yakisoba packages halfway and remove the packets inside. Fill water to line indicated by arrows, close lid, and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute. Carefully open, add packet, stir and set aside.

Cook Chicken and Spinach

Heat a large sauté pan over medium-high heat and add oil and chicken. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook till chicken is cooked through. Add baby spinach and stir to wilt.

Add Noodles

Add the noodles to the pan with parmesan and fresh pepper. Toss to coat.

Add Parsley

Garnish with parsley if desired.
