Sail away to flavor heaven in these refreshing, crunchy and satisfying chicken ramen lettuce boats.

  • Fresh mint, to garnish
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 shallot, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 jalapeño, finely diced
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 head of butter lettuce
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • Fresh cilantro, to garnish
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 package of Maruchan Shrimp Flavor Ramen
  • Fresh basil, to garnish
  • Lime wedges, to garnish

Gather Ingredients

Prepare Noodles

Cook Maruchan Shrimp Flavor Ramen in 6 cups boiling water for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the contents of 1 seasoning packet and stir well for 1 minute until seasoning is fully dissolved, then turn off the heat and drain the noodles.

Cook Chicken

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shallot, garlic, jalapeño and ground chicken and cook through. Then, add fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice and half of the seasoning packet. Stir and remove from heat.

Assemble Ramen Boats

Separate leaves of lettuce to use as boats. Add noodles to the lettuce boat and top with ground chicken mixture.

Garnish and Serve

Top each boat with fresh mint, cilantro and basil. Serve with lime wedges. Enjoy!
