  • 2 packages of Maruchan Picante Chicken Flavor Ramen
  • 1 cup pulled smoked chicken
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro, divided into 1/2 cups
  • 1/2 black bean and corn salsa
  • 1 15oz can of whole kernel corn
  • 1 15oz can of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 diced plum tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • 1 diced jalapeño
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp lime juice

Gather Ingredients

Prepare the Salsa

Mix the corn, black beans, plum tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, 1/2 cup cilantro, salt, black pepper, and lime juice in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Cook Noodles

In a small pot, boil the Picante Chicken Ramen noodles for 3 minutes. Turn off heat and add the seasoning, stirring well. Divide the ramen into 4 bowls.

Add Chicken & Salsa

Add your desired amount of pulled smoked chicken pieces and salsa to each bowl.

Garnish & Serve

Garnish with the remaining 1/2 cup cilantro. Serve & enjoy!
