Cook Beef
Cut steak into 1-inch cube pieces. Season steak pieces with 1 tbsp berbere seasoning, salt and black pepper. Sauté in oil over medium heat until it reaches your desired doneness.
Prepare Tomato Sauce
Pull out steak pieces and add diced onions, diced tomatoes and garlic. Stir, then lower heat to reduce until the sauce thickens. Add butter and parsley, stirring to incorporate.
Steak & Sauce Mixture
Combine steak with the tomato sauce and mix.
Prepare Noodles
Remove the lids of the Fire Spicy Beef Flavor Ramen packages and both packets from each. Add packet #1 and dried red chili peppers to each. Then fill water to the line indicated. Microwave uncovered on high for 3 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute and remove dried red chili peppers before adding packet #2. Stir until fully combined.
Divide and Serve
Divide ramen between bowls and top with berbere steak and sauce mixture. Garnish each bowl with crispy kale chips and optional grilled flatbread. Enjoy!
