  • 2 packages of Maruchan Chicken Ramen
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • Salt & pepper
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, grated
  • 2/3 cup orange juice
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Scallions

Gather Ingredients

Prepare Noodles

Boil 4 cups of water. Add the Maruchan Chicken Ramen and cook for 3 minutes. Add the flavor packets, stir and remove from heat. Drain the noodles and set the broth aside.

Cook Chicken

Heat a large skillet to medium-high heat and add oil. Add chicken cubes to the hot pan and season with salt and pepper. Brown the chicken pieces on all sides. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.

Prepare Sauce

To the same pan add ginger, garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add orange juice, orange zest, rice vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar and sriracha. Heat to a simmer. Combine cornstarch and water in a small bowl, then add to the pan and stir. Fold chicken into the sauce and simmer 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Divide, Top & Serve

Divide noodles onto plates, add broth, and top with the orange chicken mixture and scallions.
