  • 1 rib celery, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 packages of Maruchan Chicken Flavor Ramen
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium carrot, sliced

Prepare Vegetables

Sauté carrots, celery, and mushrooms in unsalted butter until tender.

Add Ingredients

Add Maruchan Chicken Flavor Ramen packets, 3 1/2 cups water, seasoning packets and chicken to vegetables. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then turn off the heat. Add the contents of the seasoning packet and stir well for 1 minute until seasoning is fully dissolved.

Prepare Soup Base

In a separate bowl, combine flour and the remaining 1/2 cup cold water. Stir the slurry into the soup, cook and stir until thickened.

Divide and Serve

Divide soup into bowls and garnish with green onion, cheese and parsley. Enjoy!
