HOW IT’S MADE

This recipe makes “miso” hungry! Indulge in a rich and flavorful bowl of ramen topped with ground pork, bean sprouts and corn.

  • 3 packages of Maruchan Pork Flavor Ramen
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz ground pork
  • 1 tbsp miso
  • 1/2 cup corn, cooked
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Prepare Pork

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and pork. Break up the pork and sauté until cooked, then add one Maruchan Pork Flavor Ramen seasoning packet and 1 tbsp of miso. Add water to the pan and bring to a boil, then remove from heat.

Prepare Noodles

Cook Maruchan Pork Flavor Ramen in 4 cups boiling water for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then turn off the heat. Add bean sprouts to the pot and cook for 1 minute, then drain.

Divide and Serve

Divide noodles and miso ground pork broth into bowls and top with pork, corn, scallions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
