Hokkaido Style Miso Ramen

  • 2 tsp Toasted sesame oil
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 8 oz ground pork
  • 1 tbsp miso
  • 3 packages Maruchan Ramen Pork Flavor
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup Corn, cooked
  • 2 Scallions, chopped
  • 2 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

This taste of miso will make you so hungry for more.

Heat oil

Heat sesame oil over medium – high heat. Add garlic and pork. Break up the pork until it is cooked.

Add seasoning packets

Add seasoning packets and miso to pork.

Boil water

Add 3 cups of hot water to the pork and bring to a boil.

Cook noodles

In a pot, cook Maruchan Ramen Pork Flavor noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes.

Add bean sprouts

Add bean sprouts to pot.

Serve

Divide noodles and bean sprouts into bowls, top with soup and pork, corn, scallions, and sesame seeds.
