A traditional Korean dish gets a Maruchan upgrade. Maruchan Korean BBQ Flavor Yakisoba topped with grilled beef sirloin, marinated cucumbers, sautéed mushrooms and sunny-side-up eggs for a Bibimbap-inspired dish that’s sure to delight.

  • 2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 packages of Maruchan Korean BBQ Flavor Yakisoba
  • 12 oz beef sirloin
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup sesame salad dressing
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • Hot sauce to taste
  • 4 tbsp chives, sliced
  • 4 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 cup Korean BBQ sauce

Sauté Mushrooms

Sauté mushrooms in unsalted butter until golden brown.

Gather Ingredients

Prepare Beef and Cucumbers

Marinate beef sirloin in Korean BBQ sauce for 10 minutes, then grill. Separately, marinate cucumbers in sesame salad dressing for 10 minutes.

Prepare Yakisoba

Open the lid of the Maruchan Korean BBQ Flavor Yakisoba package halfway and remove both packets. Add packet #1 and fill water to the line indicated. Microwave covered on high for 4 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute before adding packet #2. Stir until fully combined and repeat for second package.

Divide & Serve

Divide the seasoned noodles into bowls. Top with grilled beef sirloin, marinated cucumbers, fried egg and sautéed mushrooms, then garnish with hot sauce, chives and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
