Pizza is always a good idea—especially when it joins forces with Maruchan Pork Flavor Ramen to create a crave-worthy noodle dish filled with zesty marinara, savory pepperoni and plenty of cheesy goodness.

  • 2 packages of Maruchan Pork Flavor Ramen
  • 1/2 tsp Italian herbs, dried
  • 2 pepperoncini peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup zesty marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 10 pepperoni slices
  • Parmesan, to garnish
  • Fresh parsley, to garnish
  • Garlic breadsticks, to garnish

Gather Ingredients

Prepare Noodles

Cook 2 packages of Maruchan Pork Flavor Ramen noodles in 4 cups of boiling water for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then turn off the heat. Add the contents of the seasoning packet, Italian herbs and pepperoncini peppers and stir well for 1 minute until seasoning is fully dissolved.

Add Toppings and Bake

Divide ramen between 2 oven safe bowls. Top each with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices. Bake at 350°F until the cheese is nice and melted.

Divide, Garnish and Serve

Carefully remove bowls from the oven, then garnish each serving with parmesan, parsley and a garlic breadstick. Enjoy!
