Gather Ingredients

Cook Millionaire’s Bacon

In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, brown sugar and crushed red pepper. Brush the mixture onto slices of thick cut bacon and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes*, turning the tray halfway through. Set cooked bacon aside to cool.

Prepare Noodles

Remove the lids of the Maruchan Chicken Flavor Ramen Bowls and both packets from each. Pour packet #1 and packet #2 into each and fill water to the line indicated. Microwave uncovered on high for 3 minutes, and let sit for 1 minute. Stir to combine.

Divide, Garnish and Serve

Divide noodles into 2 bowls. Top each serving with millionaire’s bacon, shredded carrot, cup roasted broccoli and pickled red onion. Garnish with cilantro and black pepper. Enjoy!
