  • 1 cup beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp crispy garlic, sliced
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Gather Ingredients

Sear the Sirloin

Heat the oil on high in a saucepan. Season sirloin slices with cracked pepper and sear each piece for about 20 seconds on each side. Remove.

Fry the Garlic

Heat vegetable oil over medium high heat in heavy sauté pan. Deep fry the thinly sliced garlic until crispy and light brown (about 3 minutes).

Prepare Bowls

Open the lids of the Taste of Asia Beef Flavor Sukiyaki Bowls halfway and remove the packets inside. Add packet #1 and add water to fill line before closing the lid and microwaving on high for 3 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute. Carefully open, add packet #2, stir and divide into 4 servings.

Top & Serve

Top each bowl with seared sirloin and black pepper. Finish with the crispy garlic and enjoy.
