Prepare Noodles

Cook Maruchan Ramen Beef Flavor Ramen in 4 cups boiling water for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then turn off the heat. Add the contents of the seasoning packet and stir well for 1 minute until seasoning is fully dissolved. Drain noodles.

Coat Noodles

Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper, then add noodles and mix until evenly coated. Divide into 6 small bowls (ramekins are recommended), ensuring that noodles are flattened. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Fry Noodles

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry noodle cakes until golden brown on both sides.

Prepare Burger Ingredients

Mix beef, soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl. Shape into 3 patties and pan fry until cooked to your preferred level of doneness. Melt cheese over the top of the patties. In a separate pan, fry eggs sunny side up.

Assemble and Serve

Combine ketchup and Sriracha. Assemble burger with ramen buns, sauce, arugula, beef patty, and egg. Enjoy!
