  • 3 packages of Maruchan Pork Flavor Ramen
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/3 tbsp garlic, grated
  • Roast pork
  • Bamboo shoots
  • Fish cakes
  • Sprouts
  • Scallions, chopped
  • Ground pepper

Cook Eggs

Cook 3 eggs in pot until soft boiled.

Mix & Marinate

Mix soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, and garlic in small container. Add eggs and let marinate overnight.

Cook Noodles

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a pot, cook Maruchan Ramen Pork Flavor noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes. Add seasoning packets. Strain noodles.

Divide Ramen

Divide ramen into greased-muffin pan and cook in oven for 20 minutes.

Cook Pork

Slice pork into 1-inch squares and cook in pan.

Garnish & Serve

Garnish ramen with marinated egg, sliced pork, bamboo shoots, scallions, fish cakes, sprouts, and ground pepper.
