  • 2 packages of Maruchan Ramen, Soy Sauce or Chicken Flavor (break noodles into pieces)
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup prepared Italian salad dressing
  • 1 green, yellow or red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup black olives
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • Assorted greens
  • Shredded Romano cheese, for garnish

Cook Noodles

Boil the Maruchan Soy Sauce or Chicken Ramen noodles (broken into pieces) for 3 minutes in 6 cups of water. Remove from heat and add flavor packets.

Drain & Toss

Drain and toss noodles with salad dressing, mushrooms, pepper, olives, and tomatoes.

Top Greens & Serve

Serve on top assorted greens, garnished with cheese.
