  • 2 packages of Maruchan Spicy Chicken Yakisoba
  • 2 cups smoked, pulled chicken
  • 2 tbsp orange-ginger dressing
  • 2 1/2 cups sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey

Gather Ingredients

Chill the Salad

Mix cucumbers, rice vinegar, water, soy sauce and honey in a bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Flavor the Chicken

In another bowl, stir the smoked pulled chicken with orange-ginger dressing and set aside.

Prepare Yakisoba

Open the lids of the Maruchan Spicy Chicken Yakisoba packages halfway and remove the packets inside. Fill water to line indicated by arrows, close lid, and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute. Carefully open, add packet, stir and place divide into 4 bowls.

Top & Serve

Add the pulled chicken and cucumber salad to the top of each bowl. Serve and enjoy.
