Spicy Ramen Beef and Egg

Spice up dinner tonight with this simple, delicious recipe from Maruchan.

  • 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. Sriracha
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 tbsp. ginger, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 8 oz. beef
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 packages Maruchan Ramen Beef Flavor
  • 1 cup scallions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sesame seeds

Simmer Sauce

Add toasted sesame oil and Sriracha to pot and bring to a simmer. Add onion and tomato and cook for 4 minutes. Add ginger, garlic and Maruchan beef flavor packets.

Puree Sauce

Add a cup of water and puree mixture in a food processor until smooth. Return to pot. Add soy sauce and beef broth. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Sauté Beef

Sauté beef in hot oil until cooked. Season with salt pepper.

Cook Eggs

Add eggs to boiling pot of water. Cook for 7 minutes. Remove eggs from pot and run under cold water for 1 minute. Remove shell and cut in half.

Add Maruchan Noodles

Add Maruchan Beef Flavor noodles to sauce and cook for 3 minutes. Add scallions.


Divide into bowls. Add steak and eggs. Top with cilantro and sesame seeds.
