Make your Maruchan heartier, with this quick and easy Kimchi and Tofu Ramen recipe.
Whisk soy sauce, vinegar and chili paste together in a small bowl.
Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil in skillet on medium-high heat. Add tofu and cook until browned, about 5 minutes on each side.
Stir-fry 2 cups kimchi for 1 minute.
Cook Maruchan Ramen Oriental Flavor noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes. Remove noodles from broth.
Add ramen noodles, tofu and soy sauce mixture to skillet. Stir-fry together for about 3-4 minutes.
Divide onto plates or bowls and top with peanuts and scallions.
