- 2 packages of Maruchan Chicken Flavor Ramen
- 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 20 oz pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
Instructions
Cut & Season Chicken
Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Season with ginger.
Stir-Fry Chicken
Stir-fry chicken for 3-4 minutes in a non-stick skillet.
Add Pineapple
Drain pineapple chunk juice into skillet. Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil.
Add Noodles
Break noodles into pieces and add to the skillet. Add seasoning packets and simmer for 3 minutes.
Add Ingredients
Add bell pepper, sweet and sour sauce, green onions, and pineapple chunks to skillet. Cook until peppers are tender-crisp.
Divide & Serve
Divide into bowls and serve.
