  • 2 packages of Maruchan Chili Ramen
  • 1 tbsp grapeseed oil
  • 24 shrimp each, peeled & deveined
  • 1 cup corn, charred
  • 1 cup yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp chile lime seasoning
  • 1 fl oz lime juice
  • 2 fl oz tequila blanco
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 tbsp tortilla strips
  • 4 lime wedges
  • 4 tbsp cilantro leaves

Gather Ingredients

Prepare Shrimp Mixture

Add oil to a medium hot pan and sauté shrimp, corn, onion, tomatoes, garlic until tender and fragrant. Season with chile lime seasoning. Add lime juice and tequila blanco and cook the alcohol out of the pan. Turn off the heat and add butter, stirring to incorporate.

Prepare Noodles

Cook Maruchan Ramen Chicken Flavor noodles in 4 cups boiling water for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off heat. Add contents of seasoning packet and stir well for 1 minute until seasoning is fully dissolved.

Divide & Serve

Divide seasoned noodles into bowls. Top with the shrimp mixture and garnish with tortilla strips, lime and lots of fresh cilantro.
