  • 2 packages of Maruchan Korean BBQ Yakisoba
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms (shiitake or button)
  • 1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 8 ounces baked tofu, diced
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced

Gather Ingredients

Prepare Yakisoba

Open the lids of the Maruchan Korean BBQ Yakisoba packages halfway and remove both packets from each. Add packet of vegetables to each, on the side of the noodles and fill water to the line indicated. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Let them rest 1 minute before adding seasoning packet. Set aside.

Sauté Garlic & Mushrooms

Heat a large sauté pan over medium-high heat and add oil. Sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and cook until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Sauté Cabbage

Add the red cabbage and sauté until soft.

Add Noodles & Tofu

Add noodles and tofu. Toss to coat and warm through.

Garnish & Serve

Garnish with scallions.
