Yakiniku Miso Ramen
HOW IT’S MADE
This quick yakiniku recipe uses thinly sliced bacon and plenty of garlic which bring additional flavor to Maruchan GOLD Soy Sauce Flavor Ramen. Freshly grated ginger, mirin, sake, soy sauce and a neat garnish of scallions make these noodles sing.

- 1 medium yellow onion, thick-sliced
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 packages of Maruchan GOLD Spicy Miso Flavor Ramen
- 2 tbsp dried wakame
- 10 oz pork loin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp scallion, sliced
Instructions
Gather Ingredients
Prepare Noodles
Boil 4 cups of water in a medium pot and cook 2 packages of Maruchan GOLD Soy Sauce Flavor Ramen for 3 minutes. Allow noodles to soften slightly, and then gently spread them apart.
Prepare Wakame and Yakiniku
Soak dried wakame in water for 10 minutes or until soft and slice pork loin.
Stir-Fry
Heat a medium skillet on medium-high and add toasted sesame oil. Add pork and cook for 30 seconds on each side. Add garlic and onion, and stir-fry for 30 seconds, then add ginger and mix. Lower the heat and add soy sauce, mirin, sake and sugar and briefly stir-fry, allowing the sauce to blend with meat.
Prepare Soup Base
Place the contents of the soup base in each serving bowl, divide noodle broth and stir.
Divide and Serve
Divide ramen noodles in soup bowls, top with pork loin, onion, wakame and sliced scallions. Enjoy!
