Gather Ingredients

Prepare Noodles

Boil 4 cups of water in a medium pot and cook 2 packages of Maruchan GOLD Soy Sauce Flavor Ramen for 3 minutes. Allow noodles to soften slightly, and then gently spread them apart.

Prepare Wakame and Yakiniku

Soak dried wakame in water for 10 minutes or until soft and slice pork loin.

Heat a medium skillet on medium-high and add toasted sesame oil. Add pork and cook for 30 seconds on each side. Add garlic and onion, and stir-fry for 30 seconds, then add ginger and mix. Lower the heat and add soy sauce, mirin, sake and sugar and briefly stir-fry, allowing the sauce to blend with meat.

Prepare Soup Base

Place the contents of the soup base in each serving bowl, divide noodle broth and stir.

Divide and Serve

Divide ramen noodles in soup bowls, top with pork loin, onion, wakame and sliced scallions. Enjoy!
